We deliver worldwide, and we deliver for free in Korea, China, and the US. Delivery in other regions may incur delivery charges as well as customs duties and taxes. For more details, please contact the Sales Manager of Doosan Mobility Innovation before placing an order.

If you are going to have the hydrogen tank delivered to and stored at the site regularly, it is possible. However, if you change the delivery address every order, if can cause confusion with regards to your delivery address and delivery schedule, jeopardizing stable hydrogen delivery, so we recommend that you order the hydrogen to a fixed address if possible. If you need to have the hydrogen delivered to a different address for inevitable reasons, please contact the Sales Manager of Doosan Mobility Innovation in advance to check the delivery schedule.

When the product you ordered is ready and shipped, an email notification with the tracking number will be sent to the registered email address. You can also check the delivery status at My Account > My Orders of our website. For products that are shipped without a tracking number for a special reason, please contact 1:1 Inquiry board or contact the Sales Manager of Doosan Mobility Innovation at sales.dmi@doosan.com.

Once you receive the product, please make sure it is the right model and without any damage before giving your signature. If the product is damaged, please file a claim at 1:1 Inquiry of our website or our Customer Center, or contact the Sales Manager of Doosan Mobility Innovation at sales.dmi@doosan.com. Our Sales Manager will contact you as soon as possible.
