- Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped. If the product has already been shipped, please request a return.
- If you return the product because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you must bear the cost of return.

- Please apply for a return within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment.
- Please note that if you request a return, we may give you a phone call to finalize the decision.
- When you return the product, coupons or points used to purchase the product will not be reissued.
- If the returned item is missing any parts or is damaged, you may have to cover the additional costs caused by the return or the return request may be rejected.
- The payment that had been made for the returned goods will be refunded within 3 to 7 days from the receipt of the returned goods.

- You cannot return products if one of the following reasons apply:
The user has caused the goods to be destroyed or damaged;
The value of the goods has fallen as a result of opening or damaging the package;
The packaging of goods that can be easily copied has been opened;
The value of the goods has fallen considerably by the user’s use or partial consumption.
